- Wal-Mart would not destroy the IMAGE of the Amiga C= did a good enough
- job on thier own of destroying what little image there was. The problem is
- that Amiga does not have an Image, no one know about the Amiga at all, to say
- nothing about any 'IMAGE' it may have.
- Wal-Mart is putting computer centers in some stores, and they are
- training the people who work at them to know the merchandise. They are doing
- very well, computers are the future and Wal-Mart knows it and is making sure
- they are competative in the market by offering quality products, at
- competative prices, with cooperative salespeople and policies, more than we
- ever got from C= !
- I will leave my image of KMart outta this ; - )
- Wal-Mart is not either an appliance store, but by selling toasters
- they are not ruining the image of the company that made the toaster, nor are
- they ruing the image of IBM, Apple, Sony, Panasonic.. etc...
- Wal-Mart carrying amiga's would provide over 2000 places to get
- Amiga's and hardware, and to actually take them back to if we have problems,
- and not get screwed!
